Payment terms and withdrawal information

Provider and agreed service

The counselling contract is agreed separately in writing before payment. This payment link is solely for the package already agreed with Stefan. Payment alone does not book an appointment or replace the counselling agreement. Service suitability and eligibility for your actual location are clarified before that agreement.

The service is psychosocial counselling, not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy or an emergency service. The individual agreement describes its scope. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Packages, price and payment

These are one-time EUR base prices, not subscriptions. Custom purchases consist of positive whole-hour units of 60 minutes at EUR 120 each. Required tax details are provided in your individual offer/invoice. Stripe displays the available methods, currency and final total before payment; we do not calculate manual foreign-currency prices.

Stefan verifies the confirmed payment and records purchased minutes manually. A browser redirect, pending payment or repeated notification does not grant minutes. Contact Stefan before paying again if the status is unclear. A Stripe receipt does not replace your counselling agreement or required invoice.

Minute accounting and appointment changes

Purchased minutes and session usage are accounted for separately. Only time actually used for counselling is counted; unused minutes have no expiry date and may be refunded on request at the agreed EUR 2/minute rate. You may stop a session if a cluster attack starts or continuing becomes difficult. We can extend a session by mutual agreement when both schedules allow.

Please give 48 hours’ notice of appointment changes where possible. The acute-attack exception applies. These payment terms introduce no new cancellation fee or automatic minute deduction. Appointment cancellation and withdrawal from the package contract are separate requests.

Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreed service contract within 14 days of contract conclusion without giving a reason. Payment or the first session alone does not end that right. Mandatory rights, including any longer applicable period, and the agreed refund of unused minutes remain unaffected.

Send a clear declaration by email or post to the provider above, or use the online withdrawal function. The model form below is optional. Sending the declaration before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline. The online function confirms receipt and retains the declaration details with receipt date/time; email acknowledgment is sent to your chosen address. Acknowledgment of receipt does not itself determine refund eligibility.

Following an effective statutory withdrawal, amounts due for reimbursement are returned without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt, using the same payment method unless an expressly agreed cost-free alternative applies. A lawful proportionate amount for services actually provided before withdrawal can apply only when its required information and express early-start request exist. No missed appointment is automatically treated as delivered counselling.

Optional early start

Payment is not an early-start request. Any request to begin within the withdrawal period is recorded separately in the written contract workflow using initially unchecked, optional declarations, separate from general terms, privacy and marketing:

• I expressly request that the agreed service begin before the withdrawal period expires.
• I understand that, upon full performance by the provider, I lose my withdrawal right subject to the statutory conditions.

Without those declarations, no early-start request or loss of rights is inferred. The text/version/time are retained outside Stripe; no counselling or health details belong in payment metadata.
