Your counselling contract is agreed separately in writing before payment. Pay only for the agreed package. Payment does not book an appointment or replace that agreement.

Choose the agreed number of whole hours on Stripe’s payment page. Each unit is 60 minutes; the total is €120 × hours. Fractional hours cannot be purchased.
Proceed to payment — custom hoursAfter payment, Stefan checks the payment and records your purchased minutes manually. The package has no expiry date. Your agreed service terms cover usage, refunds and cancellations.
Consultation time is accounted for separately in minutes. You may stop if a cluster attack starts or continuing becomes difficult; only time actually used is counted. We can extend a session by mutual agreement when both schedules allow. Please give 48 hours’ notice of appointment changes where possible; the acute-attack exception applies. These payment terms add no cancellation fee or automatic minute deduction.
Our base prices are in EUR. Where supported, Stripe Adaptive Pricing offers payment in your local currency. Its exchange rate includes a 2–4% conversion fee paid by you. Stripe shows the exact currency, rate and total before payment. Paying in EUR avoids that Stripe conversion fee; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. We do not set manual foreign-currency prices.
